These gorgeous corsets are lightly boned, made of either synthetic or real silk satin ribbon and look wonderful over a skirt or trousers or - if I might suggest - a negligee on a special occasion? They will not reduce your waist and should not be laced too small but will provide an excellent focal point for admirers... Pocket Hoops

Designed to be worn underneath an 18th century gown, these hoops are a modest alternative to the grand panier and will make your waist look tiny. They can be made in plain cotton, fancy cotton or linen, with adjustable tapes at the waist for most waist sizes - please contact if your waist is larger than 35". Lobster Bustle

This is one of my favourite historic pieces - based upon surviving examples, you will be in no doubt that your bum looks big in this! Like the pocket hoops, this bustle can be made in plain or fancy cotton and can have a deep box pleated frill around the bottom as an optional extra. The price below is for untrimmed, plain cotton.
